Terms and Conditions
Agreement
Opening an account or using any part of BuranCasino means you accept our General Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Notice, our Cookie Notice, the conditions of each promotion and the rules of each game. When a promotion has its own conditions, they come first for that promotion. Our General Terms and Conditions are currently at version 1.12.
Who can play
You have to be at least 18 and of legal age where you live. It is up to you to check that online gambling is allowed in your country before you sign up and every time you play. Residents of our Excluded Jurisdictions cannot open an account or add money to one, and some providers keep their games closed in further countries. NetEnt games are not available to players in Australia.
Your account
Register in your own correct name and keep your details current. We allow one account per person, household, phone number, email address and IP address. We may ask for proof of identity, address and ownership of your payment method, and any document we request is due within 30 days.
Bonuses
Every bonus has a wagering requirement to finish before winnings from it can be cashed out. Casino bonuses are wagered within 10 days. Games count towards wagering at different rates, and a withdrawal request made before the wagering is complete cancels the bonus. Each offer is limited to one per person and household.
Deposits and withdrawals
Only use payment methods that are yours. Deposits are played through at least once before a withdrawal, we may verify your account before paying out, and daily and monthly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level.
Fair play
Duplicate accounts, collusion, fraud, exploiting errors and bonus abuse are not allowed. In those cases we may close accounts, cancel promotions and remove the winnings involved.
Complaints
Send a written complaint from your registered email address with your username, full name, the reason in the subject line, a summary and the relevant dates and times. We let you know the outcome within 10 days.
